Well i have tride every 4x4 known to man for off roading.   these are the cars that i have had.

suzuki sj 410 x 3 , suzuki sj 413 x5, isuzu trooper x7, range rover diesel x3, range rover v8 x4, land rover diesel x 3, land rover v8 x2, nissan patrol x1, daihatsu fourtrack x6, sanyoung musso x 1, mitsy l200x1, mitsy 2.5 x2, mitsy 2.8 x1, landy buggy x 1, daihatsu buggy x 1, and even a old landcruiser

 now this a lot.

and out of all these i can say without a doubt the best 4x4 by far is the daihatsu fourtrak. i say this because everything else breaks easy. but the daiacrapsu just keeps on going. so i have sold my v8 landy and replaced it with a j reg fourcrap. it will have a suspension lift, huge new alligator tyres, a bigger turbo, winches,  and most of all a snorkel as i have never been beaten through deep water by anybody. even ice water.
