Removing a suzuki body the hard , damn dangerous but quick way.
Eventually it came out with brute force and ignorance.

Well done Gaz,
Pictures uploaded and everything.
I have resized them for you.
When you upload any more have a look for your folder in the image manager.
If you put your pictures in there, you will find them again.

Chevy Chris playing with a Suzuki what ever next. This should be interesting, Toyota axles in stock, Chevy bits in stock, Suzuki ready, anything could happen (operation Japs Eye) tune in next week.
Byron you are somewhat right with regards to the words Chris and Suzuki
within the same sentence! but this is supposed to be something for
Callum to drive.
Yes there is an inbuilt temptation to go extreme in every way I can think of
but I want to keep costs down to almost nothing.
I definatly need to keep the 1.3 engine and transmission because its there
and it works and its relatively light in weight.
The suspension does not work well so that needs work or indeed ripping off
in its entirety and redesigning (time consuming?).
The cage, seats, steering, tank etc etc is dead easy, whether I use those
Landcruiser axles I’m not sure yet?
Light weight and safe for younger members to practice with eh.
Do you know what, have any of you with club stickers on your cars realised
that your neighbours know what your up to before you’ve actually done it?
Think about it.
Talk about making hard work of a simple job! You nearly damaged your floresent lights or the garage roof. Next time give me a call and I’ll nip round with the scammell. We can tie the body to the garage roof and crane the garage and body up in syncronised poetry avoiding any nasty damage. This also has the advantage of keeping yor neigbours happy as the environmentally consious scammell(its painted green) delights all in this particular area of spondon as I am sure you recolect.
Ayup me duck yes it’s always nice to return favours as I seem to remember
lifting your entire garage with the ‘hiab’ and boy did we make hard work
out of that one eh?. I dread to think how long it took you to build and
insulate that garage only to realise that the Scammell won’t fit in it, mind
you I’d like to bet that you were planning on a quick demolision job as you
were driving it home for the 1st time?—–whoops—–what’s that crunching
noise!? That Suzuki body was hooked just below it’s ‘roll centre’ as you
have no doubt already sussed, if we’d have used a slightly longer chain
it wouldn’t have been anywhere as funny as it was.

I just thought it was dead funny, and totally normal activity for a Sunday
afternoon.

Keep them in suspense.

Mark thanks for the linx and Gaz lets tell them that it’s being built
