Top righthand picture is a rare colour photo of a 1940’s bomber crew,
just landed back in Blighty with their Lancaster Bomber just out of shot
after another successful mission.
In the foreground from left to right can be seen rear gunner Keith McTash,
Bomb aimer Byron McTackle and Big Pete McTat the Pilot.
In the background various ground crew can be seen going about their
duties in preparation for the next raid and prior to the briefing from
Squadron Leader Blakey McHarrison.
