Need opinions please.

I don’t know if its me or the website but whenever I try and write a post or try and downsize pictures to fit in it, I am struggling for 2 and 3 hours at a time and sometimes manage
to do it and produce something.
I’ve had Mark around (and Byron) BUT I reckon I’ve forgotten most of what was shown, sorry Mark you made it look easy!
I have not looked at the site much in the last week expecting some new stuff to read, look at or comment on or even take the p— out of but there’s hardly anything.
This is telling me that something is wrong or is it just the time of the year or the weather or something? I don’t know, please follow this post with some thoughts thanks Chris.

I have got to say Chris that pic editor doesnt work for me either. That test I did last week only worked because I resized the pictures boefore they was up loaded.Plus I cant make the pic’s site where I want them to unless I cheat.(use the text editor) and I wanted to write an article and put pic’s on it that when you click on them they enlarge.I would not even know where to start with that one mate.

Don’t know about the time of year.
Some comments from my perspective. I have really tried to make the site as easy to use as possible, and the fact that you have managed to write a post at the front of the site, is an indication of how easy it is to use.
I have also tried to make the adding of pictures easy, with a tutorial for doing so in the site. The method for adding pictures is as easy as I can possibly make it.
The writing of an article is the place to start for everyone. If you try and add pictures before the article is written it will, just like word, be problematic.
What I have not seen, and I am keen to get to grips with, are any articles from those who have only just got the username and password.
Also, I would say that the forums aren’t getting used a lot. These haven’t changed at all, and are still accessible. I am at a loss to explain why people aren’t adding things to either the forum or the site.
I am at the close end of this, as I was the one who put the site into its current form. Criticism hurts, but nothing is ever perfect, and I am not claiming this is either. So, my dummy is still in, and if anyone wants any kind of guide to doing stuff on the site, I will create it.
Have you watched the tutorial for adding pics?
Anyway, I’ll see you all tonight, at the pub.

Mark I reckon I’m just simply not using wordpress often enough to get a full
grip on it so will keep trying, adding pictures to the gallery was easy
once they had been resized but was struggling to even get that right the
other day! I just want to know if others are struggling so we can get some
conversation going.
The more of us that become familiar with how it all works the better,
Mark no need for you to be pi–ed cos it’ll be great once we are fully
up to speed on article production.
