Sunday 11th December, Holymoorside, Chesterfield
for our annual ‘pre-christmas’ bash. This year fees have been set at the following – members £10 per driver, non-members £20 per driver (please note if you have not yet paid your subs, the day will cost you an additonal £12; no subs, no driving!)
This event will be a ‘pay & play’ day, from 10am to 4pm, with free hot drinks throughout the day.
Bring some dry wood and we’ll have a bonfire to stand round and keep warm!

Directions: Jnct 20 of the M1 follow the A4304 east towards Husbands Bosworth & head to the Gliding school off the A50, you’ll see us at Avalanche Adventure.
If you are using satellite navigation be aware that it will take you straight past us and into Sibbertoft village, We are situated half a mile out of Sibbertoft at the Sibbertoft end of the Airfield.

MSA weekend at this great site near Melton Mowbray. This event will have hidden punches, trial sections and blindfold driving area set out. Event runs from 10am to 4pm each day.
Site suits all abilities,
TOILETS (bring your own loo roll!!) / RUNNING WATER AVAILABLE.

IT’S CLYRO TIME!!!!
A FANTASTIC PAY & PLAY EVENT AT THIS AWESOME SITE IN WALES
A superb weekend in the entire bottom wooded area only,( no paintballing taking place!). Sorry, we will not have any access to top woods as corporate driver training taking place.
FEES PER DAY, (FOR THIS EVENT ONLY ) ARE AS FOLLOWS:
£25 PER DRIVER, QUADS £20 PER RIDER
£6 PER PERSON PER NIGHT CAMPING
NOTES
Drivers of vehicles without screens are required to have eye protection, quad riders to have safety gear INCLUDING eye protection.
ALSO as is normal hotel policy, ALL vehicles for site use and all trailers are to be kept on the car park next to the camping area. ALL site use vehicles (including quads) are NOT to enter the camping area AT ANY TIME during the day NO EXCEPTIONS. Quads may be taken onto the camping area for locking up at the end of each day. Please ensure you have adequate locks, chains and wheelclamps. Although we have never had anything stolen, there is always a first time!
Those camping will have full use of the hotel facilities; swimming pool & sauna showers, restaurant, bars, and nightclub (an additional fee is payable to enter the nightclub if you are camping).
To view the hotel or to enquire about staying in the hotel itself, see http://www.baskervillehall.co.uk .Those attending will pay all driving and camping money to Club Secretary Trevor Harrison, who will then pay for the entire weekend.
Anyone wishing to go to the hotel and camp a few days before is welcome to do so from afternoon of 26th July onwards. Trevor will be at the site from Thursday onwards. Please notify Trevor if you will be going earlier in order that he can advise the hotel staff of camping numbers.

We have been invited to attend a Pay & Play day at a new site in Uttoxeter on Sunday 27th March. This is NOT a Spondon Off Road organised event, this post is for information only. Cost will be £20 per vehicle. Trailered vehicles allowed, but no ’scrapyard specials’! Vehicles will be checked over prior to start of day, unsafe vehicles will not be allowed on site.
The site is at Creighton Park, and site access is through a farm yard, where the speed limit is strictly 5mph at all times. Please observe all site rules set out by site owners.
The site is very muddy and I’ve been adsvised that it is better suited to vehicles with good off road tyres! Winches would also be useful on parts of the site.
A small number of members have been to this site before, but we have not used it as a club. If any one wants site specific information, post a reply and those who have been before will (hopefully!) answer your queries!
There are no toilet / water facilities on site.
