Here it is the Spondon off road club Annual Bash

“CLYRO”

A FANTASTIC EVENT AT AN AWESOME SITE JUST INSIDE THE WELSH BOARDER
(2 ½ hours from Derby)

A superb family camping/driving weekend in the entire bottom part of woodland in the grounds of Baskerville Hall. (Sorry, we will not have any access to top woods as this is now used for corporate driver training).
There are many routes; some tame some extreme (the famous waterfall) but all guaranteed to tax you and put a smile on your face.

The driving days are Saturday and Sunday, most arrive Friday and take advantage of the hotel; some arrive prior to Friday for a longer break (strictly no driving before Saturday) see notes later.
Those camping will have full use of the hotel facilities; swimming pool & sauna showers, restaurant, bars, and nightclub (an additional fee is payable to enter the nightclub if you are camping).

FEES PER DAY (Saturday and Sunday) ARE AS FOLLOWS:

£25 PER DRIVER (set by owner)

£6 PER PERSON PER NIGHT CAMPING (set by owner)

NOTES:
Drivers of vehicles without screens are required to wear eye protection.

ALSO as is normal hotel policy, ALL vehicles for site use and all trailers are to be kept on the car park next to the camping area. ALL site use vehicles are NOT to enter the camping area AT ANY TIME during the day; this keeps the nice clean campsite area clear of mud! NO EXCEPTIONS.

Please ensure you have adequate locks, chains and wheel clamps. Although we have never had anything stolen, there is always a first time!

To view the hotel or to enquire about staying in the hotel itself, instead of camping, see;

http://www.baskervillehall.co.uk

Those attending will pay all driving and camping money to Club Secretary Trevor Harrison, who will then pay for the entire weekend.

Anyone wishing to go to the hotel and camp a few days before are welcome to, Please notify Trevor if you will be going earlier in order that he can advise the hotel staff of camping numbers.
