13/07/2010 EVENT UPDATE: Pool area may not be open due to refurbishment work taking place and running approx 3 weeks behind schedule. Hopefully work will be completed before our arrival but this cannot be guaranteed.
To view the hotel or to enquire about staying in the hotel itself, see http://www.baskervillehall.co.uk/ .Those attending will pay all driving and camping money to Club Secretary Trevor Harrison, who will then pay for the entire weekend.
Anyone wishing to go to the hotel and camp a few days before is welcome to do so from afternoon of 26th July onwards. Trevor will be at the site from Thursday onwards. Please notify Trevor if you will be going earlier in order that he can advise the hotel staff of camping numbers.
